| Description | Nestled in the beautiful Mkhomazana Valley at the foot of the Sani Pass, Sani Pass Hotel and Leisure Resort is known for its warm hospitality, breathtaking views of the Drakensberg and personal service.
The hotel can accommodate up to 175 guests. Our extensive range of facilities ensures non-stop fun and relaxation for all. Tours up the famous Sani Pass depart daily from the hotel, either in 4x4 vehicles or on our quad bikes. Passports are, however, essential. Sani Pass Hotel offers a fantastic range of sporting facilities on its 800 ha property. We have a full-size bowling green that is available for competition or just for a fun game. There is a badminton court situated close to the pool, two floodlit, all-weather tennis courts, a squash court, volleyball courts and two outdoor pools adjacent to the outdoor terrace, where the whole family can enjoy a fun-filled day. For the children, there is a large play area with trampolines, swings, slides and a paddling pool with a fountain. The hotel caters for conferences and sporting or other interest groups. Conferences and functions are an important aspect to our business. The Sani Pass Hotel and Leisure Resort offers various venues for conferencing of between 20 and 150 delegates. We arrange theme evenings, teambuilding adventure activities, and a variety of sporting tournaments to suit any size of conference or social group. The hotel offers a quality continental and local style cuisine, with candlelight dinners. Our wine list features a selection of fine wines from our country's vineyards to suit all palettes. All rates include dinner, bed & breakfast. A bounteous breakfast buffet is served including fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals, your choice of hot English breakfast items, freshly baked pastries and jams, and a selection of cold meats and cheeses, rounded off with tea or coffee. Mid-morning and afternoon tea is served on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Sani Valley. Light meals can also be ordered throughout the day, and enjoyed in our poolside al fresco restaurant and bar. Rooms Available: * Thatch Garden Cottage x 31 * Includes: D B & B Thatched cottages in the beautiful hotel gardens accommodate guests in single and double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms or showers. For families, we have interleading cottages and large family rondavels. Front facing double rooms have en-suite bathrooms, a TV and patios overlooking the bowling greens. These are large en-suite rooms with a TV, bath and shower. The executive or honeymoon rooms are individually decorated luxury rooms with the best views. They have en-suite bathrooms, a TV and lounge area.
