Guest access

READ & STRICTLY ADHERE TO FOLLOWING GUEST GUIDELINES

1.) Guests Have Access To The Entire Villa.
2.) We strictly Adhere to Check-in 2 PM & Check-out 11 AM.
3.) Valid govt Id Proofs Are Mandatory For Every Individual At The Time Of Booking And Arrival Both.
4.) All Foreign Nationals Must Share Their Passport And Visa Details Prior To Their Stay.
5.) All individuals Kindly carry negative RTPCR report OR COVID vaccination report.
6.) A Refundable Security Deposit Will Be Collected Guest Check In Via Cash/Bank Transfer. The Refundable Security Deposit Is Excluded From Rental Cost. We Will Refund You The Entire Amount Within 2 Working Days, Provided Number Of Guests Doesn’t Increase, Check Out Time Is Adhered To, Breakage And Damage Of Anything In The Home. (Breakage Or Damage Of Any Items In The Home Will Be Charged As Actuals)
7.) Access To Any Shared Amenities And The Villa Club House.
8.) While On Arrival The Number Of Guests Can’t Exceed From Online Booking. (FYI: Above 16 count as an adult guest.)
9.) Illegal Activities are Not Permitted In Or Out Of The Villa, As Such Use Of Drugs/Narcotics, Prostitution Or Commercial Activity And Other illegal activities.
10.) Guests Are Requested To Treat The Home With lots of Love And Outmost Care.

Other things to note

GOA AIRPORT COVID Norms:

-Mandatory for all passengers arriving into Goa from other States/UT to be in possession of RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/Rapid Antigen Test negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within last 72hrs.

-Passengers in possession of final vaccination certificate, i.e., those who have taken both doses and have completed 15 days since the receipt of the 2nd dose shall be exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/RAT requirement.
